Can I buy hosting WITHOUT registering domain with you?

Yes, you can buy hosting from us, even if you purchase your domain at another company. You can simply change your existing domain’s nameservers (DNS) to point to our hosting server…it’s that easy.

How can I find out what DNS my site is currently using?

If would like to know what DNS your site is currently using and to whom the domain is registered, follow the steps below:

  1. In the field that says “Whois Lookup”, enter your domain name.
  2. Click “Submit”.
  3. The results will show the DNS your site is using along with information about the domain owner.
  4. NOTE: The above domain information is cached for 24-48 hours. So, if you just recently made changes to your domain info, the new info may take 24-48 hours to appear in the above details.

How can I view my web site before my DNS propagation?

How do I benefit with a Domain Reseller Account?

A domain reseller account gives you full access to our premium domain registration system at a discounted price, which is 15% less than our retail prices to see our RETAIL prices for domain registrations. Just deduct 15% out of those retail prices and you will know our reseller prices. Please note that, a Domain Reseller account must be initially funded with $100. Of course, you can fully use this amount towards your domain purchases. However, that’s a fair way to distinguish a Reseller Account from a Retail Account. If you need a Domain Reseller Account, please purchase a Reseller Hosting Account first, then request us to activate your Domain Reseller Account.

How do I control my domain that I have bought from you?

After login, go to the My Domains >> View Details to manage your domain’s nameservers (DNS) & contact info (WhoIs).

How do I transfer my domain to you?

Here are the simple steps to transfer your domain to us:

  1. Go to our Domain Registration page to see the prices & details.
  2. Click on the appropriate link to register/transfer your domain to us.
  3. NOTE: Transfer process may take 5-10 days to complete. This is absolutely normal.

*** READ THIS BEFORE DOMAIN TRANSFER ***

There are four things that must be setup correctly on your domain, otherwise the transfer will fail. You must check these four things before trying to do a transfer…

  1. Your domain MUST be at least 60 days old with your current domain registrar. If it’s less than 60 days old, the transfer process will fail.
  2. If your domain is expired you cannot transfer it until you first renew it with the current registrar.
  3. You must check to make sure if the email on your domain is correct. Once you start the transfer, your domain’s email will be used for asking the permission to transfer the domain. If the email listed isn’t your email or doesn’t work, you will not be able to respond to our verification email and thus the domain transfer will fail.
  4. You must make sure the domain is in UNLOCKED status. If it is locked, even if you agree to the transfer, the transfer will fail. You can check both of the above facts by going to Once there, type your domain name (example: mydomain.com) in the field labelled “Whois Lookup:” and click on Submit button. Find the line where it says “Administrative Contact:”. This is where your correct email must be listed. Now scroll down to the line where it says “Status:”. If the status says “locked”, you must get this changed to “unlocked” before doing the transfer. To get the above changed, you must contact the registrar you bought your domain from. Most of the domain registrars provide control panels to do the above changes yourself.

I didn’t buy domain from you. Can you change my DNS?

If you didn’t purchase your domain from us, we are not able to change your DNS. This is because we don’t have control over your domain. Please contact the provider you bought the domain from and give them the name servers in your activation email. They should be able to make the DNS changes for you.

What do I set my domain’s name servers to?

Please read your account activation email carefully to know what name servers (DNS) to use. If you have lost your activation email, you can find a copy of the same email by logging in to My AnzWebHosts >> My Emails.
